Fund 1 Dissolution & New Fund 2 Launch
Claim some or all of your ETH, or roll it over to Fund 2. You decide!
In December 2021, the core SVC001 community voted to dissolve Fund 1 and begin laying plans for a community-driven Fund 2. SVC001 hodlers now have the option to exit the fund or rollover their investment into Fund 2.
This new, community-driven Fund 2 will take the positive elements from the first fund and apply them to a longer timeframe for making investments (2-5 years).
SVC001 holders now have several options to choose from before the 14th January deadline…
Fund 1 ETH Claims
SVC001 hodlers have until 14th January to burn all, or a percentage, of their fund tokens to claim their proportion of their remaining ETH.
Here are your options:
Burn ALL tokens in return for ETH now + get remaining assets periodically as they de-vest
Burn a PORTION of tokens in return for a % of any owned Fund 1 ETH + roll unburned ETH into Fund 2 + get remaining assets as they de-vest
Burn ZERO Fund 1 tokens and roll your ETH into Fund 2 + get remaining Fund 1 assets as they de-vest
Head to stacker.vc, connect your SVC001 wallet, and head to the Fund 1 tab to view your options.
ETH Rollover into Fund 2
SVC001 hodlers wanting to roll over ETH into Fund 2 simply need to leave their fund tokens unburnt. The new SVC002 token will be distributed once the Fund 2 new contributions phase closes.
Contributing Additional Fund 2 Capital
Missed Fund 1 or want to add more capital? A $500k hardcap has been set for new capital to be added and this contribution phase will be live from 14th January.
Contributions will be in WETH on Polygon and more details on how to contribute will be released soon!
